FEBRUARY 6,2009 its me turning 21 years old??? hehhe

as in? well yeah... im getting older but younger in hEart and Thoughts nakz...

During my birthday i got alot of surprises which really touches me..

it proves me that its the thought that really counts, a simple but

very meaningful celebration!

Bonding with my friends... na super sinorpresa ako.. a kind of surprise na matagal ko na ding pinangarap na ma-experience! yong tipong naka-lights off then biglang "HHHAAApppyy BirthDDDay MaRRRyyy" with matching cutieCAKE pa nakz... with drama while blowing the candles on it! todo bonding...

then belated Happy Birthday ceLebration pa sa bahay, just a simple dinner with my family and relatives,.. weeeewww i did enjoy my birthday inspite of everything... now im very much inspired to face life's trials for me for i know i have my family and friends to back me up...

P.S. for my Brow..tnx sa gift..Di ko pa nabili ano gusto koh hahahha anu nga kaya magandang pang remembrance sa sarili hehehhe...

The lake Sebu Adventures...

Lake Sebu adventure was one of a kind experience... this place was one of those places na gustong-gusto koh puntahan.. and charaaannnn... unexpectedly i had been their... biglaan, di naplano and no super extra budget para mamasyal yet it had made possible... nakz... were not familiar sa place, best in "Interview" sa mga people in the place para lang makarating sa paroroonan... hopefully makabalik ako dun ulit...with someone..heheh someone na gustong sumama...nakz... (kanya-kanyang bayad ah, at kung ikay super bait..pwd libre? hehehhe) just kidding....

super malamig na place ever...with all the jackets na koh, nakapants pa with blankets but then.. tagos na tagos parin ang coldness gwave... the place was perfect to relax, to meditate and unwind... "I Really Love Nature Adventures!"

this is it! after a long long time, atlast family reunion was made possible...

January 1,2009 Destajo Family decided to hang-out together sa beach, first stop resort was a funny experience.. we choose to hang-out in "London Beach" but Toinkz!! its not a public resort anymore na pala and its new name was? "D na NI ResOrt"! hehehe one down...

We have to decide where should we go next.. the "Financier Group" wanted it to be in TiBuli Beach resort..some suggested in Maharlika... etc.. But since we are the most aggresive group

“The end…for a new Beginning”

1 chapter in my life had just end…”my happy ever after moments, my prince charming, my knight with shining armor and all” those were my fantasies being inlove. I just woke up 1 morning realizing that all of those will leave as my fantasies in life.

No more prince charming, Knight with shining armor but somehow there was still a happy ending. My prince charming was still a dear friend of mine, my buds and my VESTFwend. We end up as that, not that bad right? But I admit before we end up with that, I personally find it so hard to accept everything, to end up what we have been through as lovers.

It has been a year that were together as lovers, then with a snap… that chapter had ended…

A new beginning had just began, during our retreat I have a lot of realizations in my life. Specially in letting go of someone whom you really love. I know God sent me in the retreat house coz he has the purpose, for me to unwind from all my burdens in life, disappointments, insecurities and hardships. 2days and 1 night retreat was really a great help for me to lay down all my burdens in life and learn to accept and let go. And that was exactly had happened.

Now my lover was my VESTfwend already. I’m ok, were ok! Its where the new beginning had start…

weeehhh sem break nah.. at last all our paghihirap from the past sem has

but now its the end of our journey..

moving on... was never that easy

you look at me so eagerly, and melt my heart so deeply

i didnt show you any emotion of me

i wana cry out loud, get histerical and walk out coz of pain

you look at me as sharp as a knife killing my heart and turture every piece of it

good enough to help me move on...

Computer is a Programmable, multiuse machine that accepts data. It manipulates a raw facts and figures into a useful information, and it probably increases the users productivity. The computer is supposed to make us efficient. Unfortunately, it had caused some users - journalist, data encoder,postal workers- to experience and suffer from Repetitive Strain Injuries, Eyestrain and Headaches, and Back and Neck Pains.

· Repetitive Stress (Strain) Injuries (RSI)

this occurs when muscle groups are being forced throughfast and repetitive motions. This injury strikes on your wrist, hand, arm and neck. This caused trouble more often, during those long hours of work.

· Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)

consist of debiliting condition caused by pressure on the median nerve in the wrist, that may cause the damage and pain to nerves and tendons in the hands. This condition occurs when the carpal ligament creates a tunnel accross the bones of the wrist. When the tendons passing through the carpal tunnel become swollen, they press against the median nerve which runs to the thumb and the first three fingers

· Eyestrain and Headaches

these problems are more common among computer users. Supposedly our eyes were made to see most effectively at a distance but most of the computer user use their eyes at close range for a long time. And as a result this people develop computer vision syndrome.

· Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS)

causes eyestrain, headaches, double vision and other problems caused by those close range used of computer screens for too long with poor resolution screens.

· Back and Neck Pains

this pain was caused by the improper positioning of keyboards and screens, also with the improper used of chairs.

How To Enhance Your Memory Ability:

Memorizing is endeed a requirement for the success of your college career. And its a great

help for your life afterward. Here are some tips:

1. STAY AWAY FROM DISTRACTIONS

Distractions are one of the major hindrance in memorizing or in learning. There are 2 forms of distractions,

first the EXTERNAL DISTRACTIONS. These are situations which you have no control just like in school, those unnecessary noises in the hallway, or in the library with people whispering or creating noise. This instances are hard to avoid and to disregard, so as much as possible stay away from this places and try to increase your interest and focus to the subject your studying at. The other form was the INTERNAL DISTRACTIONS, daydreaming, personal problems hunger, illness and other physical discomforts. With regards to those personal problems it is recommended to talk to a

friend or counselor.

2. GIVE TIME FOR YOUR STUDIES, INSTEAD OF CRAMMING

Cramming- last minute attempt in memorizing large amount of material. You'll probably less absorb the informations. Study sessions over several days before the time of exams or quizes may help move informations

into your long-term memory.

3. REVIEW INFORMATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN

Rehearsing- is the repeatedly reviewing information, it may help you to improve both your retention and comprehension over the subject.

4. USE MEMORIZING TRICKS

For you to remember a large amount of information it is advisable to use some techniques to organize

information so that you can retain better. Some of these techniques are:

· Mental and Physical imagenary

- Use your senses specifically your visual to construct an image of what you want to remember

· Acronyms

- creating words based from the first letters of the items in a list

· Location

- it can be used when you create a concept with a place or imaginary place

· Word Games

- in remembering some words effectively use rhymes or jingles as a device
